Above all I think at the earliest BSNL will give up his Marketing and sales division to Private ownership is also a Possibility . 

Technical area complete control will be with BSNL is also a possibility.

Since B S N L did not show any improvement sign on 4G or 5G etc.

JIO is working good and in Future it will be the cheapest to People in the world. Though others also use the AIR at Completely FREE and minting Billions and Government of India is not showing any complaint on this so it is the painful to we people in India.
